This Disclaimer Policy is issued by CONVEOLA NIGERIA LIMITED and it relates to the services we render ranging from fuel card to fleet management.

By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the Agreement, including payment terms, fees, and dispute resolution procedures. Transactions may be subject to review and verification. Card usage and fleet management are subject to the laws and regulations of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Conveola Nigeria Limited reserves the right to cancel or limit card usage at any time. For full terms and conditions, please refer to our Terms & Conditions or contact the customer service department.

1. General Disclaimer

At Conveola Nigeria Limited, we strive to provide accurate information and services. The information provided by Conveola Nigeria Limited on our website, mobile applications, printed materials and communications is for general informational purposes only. All information is provided in good faith; however, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability or completeness of any information.

2. No Affiliation with Regulatory Bodies

Conveola Nigeria Limited is an independent commercial entity. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA), the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), or any other government agency, unless expressly states. Fuel prices are influenced by market forces and official pricing templates and we do not control or guarantee specific pump prices at partner stations.

3. Card Usage

Fuel cards issued by Conveola Nigeria Limited are intended solely for the purchase of fuel and authorised vehicle-related expenses at participating locations. The company will not be liable for misuse of the card, unauthorised use, negligence, theft, fraudulent activities, loss or sharing of PINs, may result in suspension or termination of the account.

4. Service Availability & Network Liability

Outages: Our services including card transactions, mobile app and customer support may temporarily be unavailable due to system maintenance, network failures (including telecommunication and banking networks), power outages, force majeure events or other factors beyond our reasonable control. We disclaim liability for any loss or inconvenience suffered during such periods.
6. Partner Stations: We partner with independent fuel retail stations. We are not liable for:
7. The quality, quantity or availability of petroleum products at any station
8. Fuel shortage or scarcity at partner’s retail outlet

iii. Technical failures of Point of Sale (POS) terminals at third- party stations

1. Temporary closure of partner stations for maintenance or regulatory inspections.
2. The actions, omissions or negligence of station attendants or station management.
3. Any accidents, losses or disputes that occur on the premises of a partner station

vii. A station’s refusal to accept the fuel card for any reason.

5. No Guarantee of Acceptance

Acceptance of the fuel card is subject to the discretion of participating merchants. We do not guarantee that all fuel stations or service providers will accept the card, and we are not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from non-acceptance.

Any dispute relating to fuel quality or station service should be promptly reported through the Company’s designated support channels.

6. Pricing and Discounts

Fuel prices and discounts offered through the card program are subject to change without notice and may vary by location. We do not guarantee the availability of specific discounts or fuel prices at any given time or location.

1. Real- Time Accuracy: Fuel prices in Nigeria are subject to NMDPRA and market forces. While we strive to reflect current pump prices in our portal, there may be a lag between price changes at the pump and updates in our system.
2. Service Fees: We reserve the right to apply administrative or service fees as outlined in your Cardholder’s Agreement and Terms and Conditions.
3. Third-Party Services

Our services may include links to or integration with third-party services or platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services and disclaim all liability arising from your use of such services. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that transaction records (volume, amount, location) provided by partner stations are error- free. Cardholders must report to our customer service within 24- 48 hours with the provided receipt.

8. Financial and Operational Decisions

Nothing contained in the Company’s materials constitute financial, legal or operational advice. Customers are responsible for assessing whether the fuel card or fleet management services meet their specific business or personal needs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conveola Nigeria Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to fuel purchase, payment processing and account management or reliance on any information provided by us.

It is the responsibility of the Cardholder to:

1. Keep the PIN confidential
2. Immediately report a lost or stolen card via official channels
3. Monitor transaction history for any discrepancies
4. Regulatory Compliance

The Company operates in compliance with compliance with Applicable Nigerian laws and regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of the fuel card complies with all applicable laws, including tax, fleet management and internal corporate policies.

We reserve the right to update or modify this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
